Options for controlling how SQL is compiled.

## Properties

### jsonColumn?

```

When set, column references emit `json_extract(<jsonColumn>, '$.<columnName>')`
instead of `"<columnName>"`. The `id` column is excluded since it's stored
as a direct column in the tracked table.
